Introduction
Welcome to Liporia. In these Terms, "Liporia", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Liporia. We run this online store and everything that comes with it, including its content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services"). Our store is built on the Shopify platform.

These Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with the policies they refer to, set out your rights and obligations when using our Services. They contain important information about your legal rights, including limitations of liability and warranty disclaimers, so please read them carefully.

By visiting or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use our Services.

1. Using our store and your account
You may only use our Services if you have reached the age of majority where you live. When shopping with us, you may need to provide details such as your email address and billing, payment and shipping information. You confirm that everything you provide is accurate, up to date and complete.

You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity on your account. Your account is personal and may not be sold, transferred or handed over to anyone else.

2. Our products
We do our best to show our products as accurately as possible, but colors and appearance may look different depending on your screen and device settings. We can't guarantee that a product will look or feel exactly as shown online or match your expectations in every way.

We may change product descriptions and prices at any time without notice. We may also discontinue products or limit the quantities available per customer.

3. Placing an order
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We're free to accept or refuse any order, and an order is only accepted once we've confirmed it and processed your payment. Please check your order carefully before submitting it, as changes or cancellations may not always be possible afterwards.

All purchases fall under our Refund Policy. By ordering, you confirm that your purchase is for personal or household use and not for resale or export.

4. Prices and payment
Prices, discounts and promotions can change without notice. You'll pay the price that applied when you placed your order, as shown in your order confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude shipping, handling and applicable taxes.

You agree to provide correct and complete payment information and to keep it up to date.

5. Shipping and delivery
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Delivery usually takes 6–12 business days after shipment, but these are estimates, not guarantees. We're not liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control. Ownership and risk of loss pass to you once your order is handed to the carrier. 6. Intellectual property
All content in our Services, such as our name, logo, texts, images, graphics and design, belongs to Liporia or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

7. Third-party tools and links
We may give you access to tools or links from third parties. These are provided "as is" and "as available". We don't control or endorse them and aren't responsible for their content, policies or your use of them.

8. Shopify
Our store runs on Shopify, but when you buy from us, your purchase agreement is with Liporia, not with Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for any part of the transaction between you and us.

9. Privacy
Any personal information you share through our Services is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify may also collect and process data to provide and improve the Services.

10. Reviews and feedback
When you send us reviews, suggestions or other feedback, you give us a permanent, worldwide and royalty-free right to use, copy, edit, publish, share and display it for any purpose, including marketing.

11. Mistakes and corrections
If information in our Services turns out to be incorrect, we may correct it at any time and cancel orders affected by the error.

12. What you may not do
You may only use our Services for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse them, break laws, infringe anyone's rights, spread malicious code, scrape data, send spam or interfere with security features.

13. Ending access
We may suspend or end your access to our Services at any time, without prior notice. Provisions that by their nature should continue to apply will remain in effect afterwards.

Except where we expressly state otherwise, our Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranties, to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, Liporia and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages resulting from your use of our Services or products.

You agree to protect Liporia and Shopify against any claims resulting from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our Services.

17. Other legal provisions

  • Severability – If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains valid.
  • Entire agreement – These Terms and our policies form the complete agreement between you and Liporia about your use of our Services.
  • Transfer – You may not transfer these Terms without our written permission. We may transfer them without notice.
  • Headings – Headings are only for readability and have no legal effect.

18. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version on this page. By continuing to use our Services after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

20. Text messages
By sharing your mobile number, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and order-related text messages from Liporia. Giving consent is not required to make a purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. We never share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
