1. About the Program
The Liporia Affiliate Program (the "Program") is run by OPZOEKNAARSAAF LLC for the Liporia brand ("Liporia", "we", "us", "our"). These terms explain how the Program works and what we expect from you. By applying or taking part, you agree to them.

Joining is by invitation or approval only, and we decide which applications we accept. We may update these terms at any time, with or without notice; if you keep participating after an update, you accept the new version.

Please note: if you don't follow these terms, we can remove you from the Program right away. In that case, any commission that hasn't been paid out yet will be forfeited, and we may take legal action where needed.

2. How you earn
After approval, you'll receive one personal Affiliate Link. You can only have one link, and you may not use it for your own purchases. Doing either of these will get you removed from the Program and you'll lose your unpaid commissions.

For every eligible order placed through your link, you earn 10% commission on the net order amount. The net order amount is what the customer actually paid for the products, after deducting:

  • discounts and promo codes,
  • shipping costs,
  • sales tax and other government fees,
  • refunds, cancellations, chargebacks and other adjustments.

Orders made with employee discounts, wholesale pricing or promo codes we haven't approved for commission don't count.

3. Getting paid

  • Your commission is confirmed 30 days after the order date, provided the order hasn't been refunded, cancelled or disputed.
  • Once your confirmed balance reaches $100 USD, you can request a payout by emailing support@liporia.com.
  • We handle payout requests within 7 business days.
  • You choose how you want to be paid: PayPal or bank transfer.
  • Before paying out, we may ask for a valid photo ID and other information to verify who you are.
  • Please keep your payment details up to date. Delays caused by incorrect details are not our responsibility.

We may check commissions at any time and correct them if we spot errors, fraud or orders that don't qualify, even after the fact.

4. Promoting Liporia the right way
You're welcome to share your link with your own followers, friends and family via your own social media channels, your own website or blog, personal messages and emails, or other channels we've approved in writing.

Always make it clear to your audience that you earn a commission through your link, as required by FTC guidelines, and follow all applicable laws.

5. Things to avoid

  • posting your link on coupon, deal or discount sites, or on Reddit and similar forums,
  • promoting your link on websites you don't own,
  • running paid ads that mention Liporia or its products, including bidding on our brand name or similar terms,
  • using content from Liporia or other creators without permission,
  • making claims about our products that are untrue or misleading,
  • sharing offensive or provocative content,
  • placing or encouraging fake or fraudulent orders.

6. Your responsibilities
By joining, you confirm that you're legally able to agree to these terms, that your participation doesn't conflict with any law or other agreement, and that your content respects the rights of others and isn't misleading or defamatory. You also agree to keep any confidential information about Liporia private and to cover any claims or damages that result from breaking these terms.

7. Ending your participation
Your participation starts when you're approved and runs until it's ended. We can end it at any time, without prior notice.

8. General

  • You take part as an independent contractor, not as an employee or partner of Liporia.
  • You may not transfer this agreement to someone else without our written consent.
  • Our liability is limited as far as the law allows.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
